What is EMsculpt?

Emsculpt is designed to engage both your fat and muscle. Due to the rapid micro pulsations the machine administers it is expected to feel slightly unusual when starting your treatment. Most get adjust after the first few minutes. Gym results minus the burn.

We realize that not all of our clients goals are one size fit all so neither should your treatment settings. Prior to administering the treatment, your provider will conduct a brief consultation where your intensity levels will be determined and can also be adjusted. We take into account your current definition and goals to provide the best results possible with comfort in mind.

EMSculpt can target a variety of areas including, abdomen, biceps, buttocks, calf muscles and more! Our machine can fit different sized handles so that we can target both small and larger areas.

No. EMSculpt is not suitable for those who are pregnant or may be pregnant at the time of treatment.

No. An EMSculpt treatment does not require that you shave. However, because of the nature of the treatment, we do ask that your attire not interfere with the machine's ability to reach the treatment area. Additionally, please be sure to observe basic hygiene. 

We recommend that after the treatment you refrain from intense physical output for 1-2 days. We encourage walking, light hikes or a trip to the beach. Hydration is KEY! This treatment will cause you to sweat, and your body will need to receive more hydration as your muscles are working to recover. 

Each Emsculpt session is a 30-minute treatment on one particular area of the body. If you're working on multiple body parts, like the abdominal and the buttock areas, that will require two 30-minute sessions. We've noticed for best results, 6 treatments (per body area) is usually the sweet spot. It is recommended that you book consecutive appointments 3 days apart but no longer than 10 days apart for optimal results.
